Des Barres Chocolate

At DesBarres Chocolate, we create small batch, single origin chocolate bars direct from the bean, using
cacao from only one grower in each bar. With only two ingredients, we know and you know, what’s in
your chocolate. Our chocolate is made from organically farmed and organically-sourced beans and
organic cane sugar. In our flavoured bars we use only the freshest essence and spice. Checkout our
delicious dark chocolate and seasonal specialty treats!

Cosmos Baking Studio

Cosmos Baking Studio (@cosmosbaking) bakes to heal, nourish and delight! We believe in creating harmony between people, our food, and the land.

Our focus is to share how heritage grains can be nutritious and delicious. We are privileged to bake with freshly-milled grain grown by small-scale farmers who carefully select climate-adapted varieties and steward the land using ecological practices.

About the baker: Cat is an artist and curious eater on a journey to unlearn the ways that we collectively contribute to systems of oppression and to support healing from what we have internalized.

Smithers Sausages

Smithers Sausages was founded in 2019 by Andrea and Michael Smith by drawing on their 15+ years of culinary experiences and focusing it on creating hand made, small batch gourmet sausages and condiments.

Smithers Sausages strives to stay local focused, meaning all products are made with as local as possible ingredients including Ontario pork, fresh local vegetables and fruits and pairing with local breweries to create a flavourful punch in every bite. Most products made, excluding ones that contain bourbon or beer, are gluten free and all products are free of artificial preservatives and fillers. Making wholesome food is something that both Andrea and Michael value because creating food that everyone can eat while gathering around the dinner table should always be an inclusive, creative, and joyful event for everyone involved.
