We use organic ingredients and focus on local produce. Our unique products and local focus lead to us winning a Regional Premiere’s Award for Agri-Food Innovation in the summer of 2015
The tempeh we make is a completely different product from soy tempeh. Traditionally, in Indonesia, other types of tempeh are made, but they are rare elsewhere. We are changing this and changing people’s perception of tempeh. Tempeh is delicious, versatile and incredibly nutritious!
