In the Community Corner….

Music to your ears –

Matt Bates is a solo artist in the singer-songwriter style with a principal radio category of adult contemporary. Matt’s songs are about relationships, art, and personal enlightenment – feel-good hummable tunes. Matt has lived in Toronto most of his life, most recently in the Junction area before moving to his new home in the country north of Orangeville.

Jason Hogan composes for film and television and also has a hair-brained (but very entertaining) side project, ‘Father’ Seamus O’Leary.

Stop by the train platform to listen to Jason & Matt while you munch on delicious market delights!

At the Community Table –

LEAF, Local Enhancement & Appreciation of Forests, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the urban forest. They offer programs that help you plant, care and give. There’s lots to learn, volunteer and events to attend with LEAF! Chat with their team at the train platform this Saturday!
