The Junction Farmers’ Market proudly presents the Junction Night Market: Back this year, bigger and better than ever!
(Toronto, Ontario, June 2019). This Saturday July 6th, the Junction Farmers Market (JFM) invites you to come enjoy some of the best local food and drink that The Junction has to offer.
The market is not just a celebration of local food and drink, it is a fundraiser in support of a variety of programs that promote access to healthy food. This includes a food voucher program delivered by JFM in partnership with the Four Villages Community Health Centre that facilitates equitable access to local healthy food for low income residents in and around the community. Last year the market was able to help over 160 families to receive access to high quality healthy food.
To amp up this year’s celebration, Indie88Toronto will have the tunes going on Pacific Avenue along with some sweet giveaways! Music acts For Keeps, Benjamin Doerksen’s GARDEN PARTY and Kil0gram presented by Sparrow Tree Productions will be performing on the Junction Train Platform.
New vendors, more fun, and a more environmentally-friendly experience! That’s right! This year we will have more delicious food and drinks, plus a variety of fun games on to keep the party going.
We welcome Duntroon Cyder House, Henderson Brewing Company, Itiim by Chef Erika Araujo, Last Straw Distillery and Royal Canadian Mead to the festivities. We will also feature reusable mugware from Dream Zero and a limited quantity of JFM branded glassware for sale to keep you looking cool and our planet cool by reducing our carbon footprint!
